Welcome to E-Cattle Market, operated by PCMMDC, a Section 42 Public Company registered in Lahore, Pakistan. By accessing or using E-Cattle Market (the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”). If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Platform.

Definitions

• “Platform” refers to E-Cattle Market.
• “User” refers to individuals or entities using the Platform.
• “Seller” refers to individuals or entities listing cattle for sale on the Platform.
• “Buyer” refers to individuals or entities purchasing cattle through the Platform.

Compliance with Laws

Users agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards related to the sale and purchase of livestock in their respective jurisdictions.

1. Listing and Transactions

Sellers must provide accurate and up-to-date information about the cattle listed on the Platform. Buyers agree to verify the accuracy of the information provided by Sellers and perform due diligence before making a purchase.

2. Payments

Transactions on the Platform may be subject to transaction fees. Payment processing services are provided by local payment aggregators, and Users agree to comply with the Payment Processor’s Terms.

3. Privacy and Data Security

Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their intellectual property rights. By using the Platform, Users grant PCMMDC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display content provided by Users.

5. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be resolved in accordance with [Jurisdiction]’s laws and regulations.

6. Termination

PCMMDC reserves the right to terminate or suspend Users’ accounts at its discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms of Service.
